2. A dossier of application for temporary residence card for a foreigner who has a work permit comprises:

- Certificate of operation of the enterprise employing foreign workers (business license, investment license, operation license of representative office, branch ...)

- A seal specimen registration certificate or a written notice on the posting of information on seal specimen of the enterprise on the national enterprise registration portal.

- Work permit of foreign worker

- Form NA16 Registration of seal specimen and signature for first time at immigration office

- Form NA6, official letter and application for temporary residence card for foreigners

- Form NA8, application form for temporary residence card for foreigners

- Letter of introduction for Vietnamese staffs applying for temporary residence card at the Immigration Office.

- Original passport (Note: passport has visa for the right purpose of work, if the foreign worker has been granted a temporary residence card before, it must be enclosed with the current temporary residence card);

- Certificate of temporary residence registration or temporary residence book of foreigners certified by police of wards or communes where foreigners are staying in Vietnam.

3. Places for submission of dossiers of application for temporary residence cards shall be granted to persons having work permits in Vietnam
