A. Dossier components

1. Application for food hygiene and safety certificate (enclosed)

2. A notarized copy of the Business Registration Certificate.

3. Explanation of material facilities, equipment and tools to ensure food hygiene and safety (prepared by the company based on the actual situation - with the enclosed form) including:

- Drawings of floor plans of production and business establishments and surrounding areas.

- Description of the processing (technological process) for the product group or each specific product. 

4. The notarized copy of the "certificate of health eligibility" of the establishment owner and the person directly engaged in food production and trading. Including:

- A copy of the certificate of health eligibility, test of stool of the establishment owner and the person directly engaged in food production and trading (certified by the establishment);

- A copy of the certificate of food hygiene and safety training (certified by the establishment).

5. A notarized copy of the certificate of food hygiene and safety training of the establishment owner and the person directly engaged in food production and trading (after preparing the dossier, Minh Khue Law Co., Ltd  shall prepare the dossier for the company to send its staff to the training, based on the situation and demand from the company).

B. Competent state agency

Department of Food Hygiene and Safety under Hanoi Department of Health

Time of dossier evaluation: 15 days.

After the dossier is evaluated to be satisfactory, the inspection team shall directly inspect the company's production establishments and conduct the evaluation:

- If the company meets the standards, the certificate will be issued after 7 days.

- If the company does not meet the standards: The company needs to complete the requirements for the next evaluation.
