Conditions for adjusting the investment registration certificate

The following conditions must be satisfied after the project's investment certificate is adjusted:

• Foreign-invested projects that are not subject to the conditional investment with a capital of less than VND 300 billion;
• Domestic investment projects that are not subject to the conditional investment (except for cases where investment projects must be re-evaluated);
• Domestic investment projects that are subject to the conditional investment but do not adjust their objectives and still meet the initial conditions set by the State.;

Dossiers for registration for adjustment of investment certificates:

• A written request for adjustment of information on the investment registration certificate;
• Investor's decision on the adjustment of the investment project;
• A valid copy of the investment certificate (old name) or investment registration certificate
• For foreign-invested projects, the amended or supplemented joint venture contract or business co-operation contract must be submitted;

Implementation time: Normally, after about 15 working days as from the submitting date, the Department of Planning and Investment will issue a new investment certificate.

3. Implementation of the procedures for adjusting investment certificates:

• Receiving the investment registration certificate and hand it over to customers;
• If the adjustment of this investment registration certificate results in the change of the legal entity seal, we shall support the customers to make the new seal and register the new seal specimen with the state agencies;
